Fonda is Chef Santiago Lastra's contemporary Mexican restaurant on Heddon Street in Mayfair, serving seasonal salsas, crudos, ceviches, tacos and tostadas for sharing, with agave-led cocktails, margaritas and palomas. Downstairs, the pink-hued Sala Rosa has its own bar and sound system for up to 36 seated or 60 standing; the ground floor takes 102 seated or 150 standing.
