Within Somerset House's historic walls, Aram combines deli, café and restaurant in one vibrant space. The menu draws from the Eastern Mediterranean, spanning Syria and Turkey to Cyprus and Jordan, moving between specialty za'atar croissants and halva brownies, roasted aubergine salad and labneh with poached eggs. Each dish honours flavour, culture and connection in a light-filled setting.
