Entire Venue
The gallery occupies 266 Hackney Road, accessed through the B.T. Batsford bookshop. Positioned between Broadway Market and Columbia Road, it draws good foot traffic at weekends, with neighbours including The Marksman, Dom's Subs and Waste Store. The main gallery space is approximately 15 metres by 4 metres, with a secondary area at the bottom of the stairs that can function as additional exhibition space, a workshop or a drinks reception area. A small kitchenette and large fridge are available, along with a cloakroom and storage area. A loading bay at the rear provides convenient access for deliveries. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Roll-down shutters at front and back secure the space. The gallery is designed to showcase artists, designers and crafters, and has hosted exhibitions by Vaughan Grylls and a student artists' event organised by The Filthy Fox.
