Great Hall
Barber-Surgeons' Hall is an elegant and versatile event venue. The beautifully grand townhouse is the third incarnation of the original Hall on this site, standing alongside the remains of the Roman-built London Wall. The Great Hall is a striking room, panelled with Japanese Oak and opening directly onto the Terrace. Lit with Waterford crystal chandeliers, flooded with natural light and bowed towards the West, the Hall is dominated by a magnificent Holbein painting of Henry VIII uniting the Barbers’ and Surgeons’ Companies in 1541/2.
