Whole Venue
A former church repurposed as a performance and events venue, defined by its spacious, cathedral-like central hall. The interior features white-painted plaster walls, sweeping arched ceilings and tall arched windows that flood the space with daylight. Clear rectangular proportions and a smooth dark floor emphasise the open, airy scale. A restored stained-glass window sits above the raised performance area, providing an architectural focal point behind the stage. The venue has an integrated PA system with hanging speakers, permission to bring your own music or use external DJs, a defined dancefloor, and a balcony gallery for tiered viewing. Staffed bar facilities sit at the rear. Step-free entrance, wheelchair access and gender-neutral accessible toilets are provided. The space suits standing receptions, seated concert formats, live performances and informal presentations. Staff are friendly, front-of-house operations well organised, and acoustics can range from clear to slightly echoey depending on sound setup.
