The Institute of Contemporary Arts occupies one of London's most recognisable buildings on The Mall, overlooking St James's Park. Private hire spans the Regency Nash and Brandon Rooms, two screening rooms, an upper gallery, a large theatre, a bar, a café and a studio, used for weddings, conferences and talks, product launches, networking events, private screenings, photoshoots and filming, with catering from an approved supplier list. External exhibition and film festival enquiries are not accepted.

Designed by John Nash, the Nash and Brandon Rooms are filled with original Regency plasterwork, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto three balconies overlooking St James's Park. They host private parties, conferences, weddings, photoshoots, product launches and fashion presentations: 150 standing, dinner for 90 in the Nash Room or 150 across both rooms, 80 theatre-style, 60 cabaret or 30 boardroom.

A compact, raked auditorium with fixed rows of red upholstered seats, dark-painted walls and stepped access. Lighting is kept low and controllable to suit projection and presentation work. Onsite Wi-Fi supports digital playback, file transfers and presenter connectivity during sessions. Wheelchair-accessible seating and entry accommodate attendees and crew using mobility aids. A permanently installed large cinema screen combined with an integrated PA and speaker setup supports full-scale screenings and live presentations. Suited to film screenings, test screenings, Q&As, presentations and other projection-led events or shoots.
