Situated in the heart of Fulham, Sands End Arts & Community Centre has a large hall, several smaller meeting room/gallery spaces and a wonderful outdoor courtyard, as well as a walnut tree grove. The café area can also be hired either separately or in connection with events in the main hall. Venue hire at the centre is available seven days a week between 9 am and 11 pm. We have various spaces for hire on a regular basis or for one-off events, as well as room for long-term tenants. Celebrations, performance arts, playing, learning, community events, exercise, crafting, rehearsals, exhibitions, photo shoots, clubs and meetings; whatever you want to do, we’re here for you.

The main hall supports formal events, parties, music and theatre rehearsals or performances. The current official hire brochure lists seating for up to 120 at dinner or 200 for performances, with tables and chairs included. Staging, microphones and PA are optional extras. No standing capacity is asserted.
