St.Hilda’s East Community Hub offers a range of affordable office and studio spaces which are available to rent or hire. Located 3 minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street overground, and just 15 minutes from Old Street and Liverpool street stations, we are in the heart of Shoreditch, with multiple food and retail venues just steps from our door. Whether you’re looking for a dedicated office space, or to hire a room for a meeting or training session, we can accommodate groups from 2 to 150 people. We also regularly host parties, Mehndis and other community celebrations in our beautiful Middleton Hall. We particularly welcome inquiries from other charities and community not-for-profits, who can benefit from our charitable discounts. Our venue comes equipped with high-speed fibre optic broadband [add speed], concierge services, kitchens, break-out spaces and even a roof garden. Finally, you can relax in the knowledge that 100% of all hire costs go towards supporting our 135 year old charity and community programmes.

A ground-floor hall beside Middleton Hall, with natural daylight from large windows over Old Nichol Street and a fully equipped kitchen; it can be hired alone or opened up as an extension of Middleton Hall for exercise, creative activities and community events.
