The bar operates as a daytime cafe serving Volcano coffee, pastries and sourdough pizza from midday, then becomes a jazz lounge in the evening with cocktails and Italian-inspired dishes. Live jazz musicians perform throughout the week. The space is available for exclusive hire for weddings, birthdays and corporate events. A full sound system is available for background and party music, and live music of any type can be arranged. The venue sits within walking distance of Liverpool Street, Aldgate, Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations.
