Great Hall & Bench Rooms
Opened by Queen Victoria in 1845, the Great Hall stands as one of London's most impressive surviving buildings of its kind. It features a Minstrels' Gallery, striking fresco and beautifully worked oak ceiling. By day it serves as a dining hall for barrister members; by evening it transforms for grand dinners or elegant receptions. The adjoining Bench Rooms and east-facing terrace overlooking the private gardens provide space for arrival receptions.
