The Lensbury is a four-star Resort, featuring a modern conference centre and leisure club located in 25 acres of grounds on the banks of the River Thames at Teddington, close to Kingston upon Thames and Richmond. It is just 20 minutes by car to London Heathrow Airport and 40 minutes to central London by overground train from Teddington to Waterloo. There are also good road links, with the M3 and M25 motorways nearby. The hotel has 155 bright and airy bedrooms all with air conditioning, the rooms are a mix of Cosy Classic's, Classic Doubles, Deluxe Doubles and Twins and a Suite. The AIM Gold accredited conference centre is purpose-built with 42 meeting rooms offering capacities from 2 to 250 delegates for day meetings, residential conferences, exhibitions, team building events, awards dinners and private dining functions. Our largest two rooms have access to their own outdoor spaces, the other rooms are large and airy the majority with great natural daylight. All feature the audio visual technology, Wi-fi and comfortable, ergonomically designed furniture. The leisure facilities are extensive with a a fully-equipped Techno gym, 25m indoor swimming pool, thermal suite, spa, 23 tennis courts, watersports centre, squash and three fitness suites. All hotel residents have full access to the fantastic array of leisure facilities during their stay. There is also free car parking for over 250 cars onsite.

The Wimbledon Room is located on the ground floor of The Lensbury Conference Centre. It is a modern, light space with floor to ceiling glass windows on one side and doors that open onto a paved terrace and private garden area. The room is multi-purpose having both a dance floor, bar and audio visual equipment concealed in the ceiling that can be deployed as required. It can therefore equally be used for meetings and conferences as well as weddings, parties and private dinners. The maximum capacity is 100 people for a dinner or cabaret style meeting layout.

The Lloyd room is located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre. It has good natural daylight with windows down one side of the room. It has a large drop-down screen and data projector and is ideal for meetings up to 18 people in a boardroom layout. In addition, Lloyd room can be used as a private dining room for up to 20 guests.

The Beaumont Room is a large conference room located on the ground floor of the Twickenham Building. It has the latest audio visual equipment and can accommodate up to 100 delegates in a cabaret style layout. The room benefits from its own coffee lounge, the Bracken Lounge, where delegates can help themselves to tea and coffee from the "bean to cup" machines. The Beaumont room can also be used for functions and is licensed for wedding ceremonies too.

The Mortimer Room is located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in the purpose-built conference center. It has good natural daylight and is equipped for either meetings or private dining. The room is an excellent choice for a small wedding ceremony, afternoon tea or drinks reception. The windows look out onto the spacious Lensbury grounds to the rear of the property.

The Wilkinson Room is located on the first floor of the Twickenham Building in the purpose-built Lensbury Conference Centre. It is a fixed tiered auditorium with seating for 70 delegates. Each desk can have a hard-wired laptop and so it is ideal for web-based trainings for example. The room has comfortable, ergonomically designed chairs and excellent acoustics. Although a sound system is available, many presenters find it is not necessary as the acoustics are so good. The latest audio visual equipment including video conferencing is installed and the friendly technical team at The Lensbury are always on hand to help if required.
