Living Room Place whole venue
The ground-floor Display room and Lower Studio are always hired together for a single hourly rate. Converted from a shop, the space retains a bright display window you can use to publicise your event or draw the curtains for discretion. Lots of natural light allows flexible use. A small kitchen is included. The venue is self-managed, so you have complete control over your event. You can bring your own food and drink at no extra cost, though you must clear and remove all waste at the end. Located in Furzedown, Wandsworth borough, between Tooting and Streatham, with free street parking nearby. The space suits dinners, meetings, workshops, baby showers, training courses, art exhibitions, gender reveals and funeral wakes. As the venue sits in a residential neighbourhood, no loud noise is permitted after 11pm. A temporary damage and disturbance bond is charged separately and returned if all goes well.
