The Yurt Café is a beautiful and unique space within 5 minutes of Bank and Canary Wharf. With its unique and quirky atmosphere, it’s an ideal venue for any celebration, whether you’re planning a birthday celebration, a staff party, a wedding, a hen party, or any special occasion, we’ve got you covered! We offer complete flexibility, customising the private hire to fit your preferred timing and food requirements. Our cosy space is perfect for hosting up to 35 guests for a seated meal or up to 70 guests for a more informal standing reception. The Café is a Social Enterprise run by Royal Foundation of St. Katharine. We wanted to create a space that was warm, fun and welcoming to people from all walks of life. The Café won the Time Out #LoveLondon Best Café Award 2016 for Poplar, Shadwell & Wapping. We source our food locally where possible, pay our staff a living wage and aim to keep our menu affordable and any surpluses are reinvested into our work in the community.
