HMS President RNR is the Royal Naval Reserve's base at St Katharine Docks, hired out by Alternative Venues London (the Greater London Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association), with views over the Thames and Tower Bridge and a short walk from Tower Hill station. Spaces include the arched Drill Deck, the Wardroom, the Senior and Junior Ranks Messes, first-floor lecture rooms and the Apron, a large deck overhanging the river with a pontoon, for corporate events, conferences, lectures, receptions, weddings, exhibitions and auctions.

The Drill Deck is the building's main hall, with regal arches, a glazed roof and views of the Thames, opening onto the Apron deck over the river. It suits meetings, receptions, dinners and weddings for up to 100 guests.
