Unit58

A warehouse event-space configuration at Unit58, with a double-height main area, mezzanine levels and skylights. The imported hire listing describes a sound system, DJ equipment, terrace, lounge, cloakroom and production access, with 50 seated. Its old standing figure has been removed: the current operator advertises a 275-person performance area but does not specify that as seated or standing. The site also operates music studios, which are separate hire offerings. Enquire about layout, facilities and event booking.
