AngloThai is the debut London restaurant of husband-and-wife team John and Desiree Chantarasak, on Seymour Place. Its tasting menus marry Thai recipes with seasonal British produce, from native breed meats to line-caught seafood, with wine pairings drawn from British and Central European growers. Downstairs, Baan, a private dining room in mid-century Thai art deco style, seats up to 16 around a bespoke Chamchuri wood table, and the whole restaurant can be hired.
